Position Summary

AMBULATORY INTERNAL MEDICINE OPPORTUNITY IN THE HEART OF THE MIDWEST. The University of Nebraska Medical Center is recruiting a dynamic physician for a hospitalist and ambulatory general Internal Medicine position located in Omaha, Nebraska. The selected candidate will join a team of specialists with many years of experience in complex cases, providing exceptional care for adults.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• MD, DO, MBBS or equivalent degree.
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine.

Supplemental Qualifications:

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for outpatient internal medicine.

Working Environment & Physical Requirements

WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Office environment, Lab environment, Clinical environment, and other working environments, depending on patient care, academic, and research activities.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT: Bending, stooping, twisting occasionally; occasional reaching; sitting up to 2 hours; standing up to 2 hours; walking up to 2 hours; exposure to atmospheric, blood/body fluids, chemical hazards, changes of temperature/humidity; wearing PPE; driving 2-5 hours; etc.
