Requirements

• 5+ years of management experience
• 5+ years of customer service experience
• Previous McDonald’s General Manager/Assistant General Manager experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The role involves setting restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership, creating plans to achieve them, leading a team of Department Managers, coaching and developing them, hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers, and overall ensuring the restaurant delivers excellent results.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations, a background in quick service restaurants, or experience in hospitality or retail, and be at least 18 years old.
