The Role
As General Manager, you’ll act as the CEO’s right hand — owning day-to-day operations and driving overall business performance.
This is not a purely strategic role. You’ll combine high-level thinking with hands‑on execution, leading a distributed team of ~20 people across revenue, product, engineering, operations, finance, and HR.
Your mission is simple (but not easy):
Drive sustainable growth, increase profitability, and build a scalable SaaS machine
Success in this role naturally leads to a COO / CEO succession path.
What You’ll Own
- Drive revenue growth and EBITDA performance
- Take full P&L ownership within 3–6 months
- Lead and scale a cross‑functional remote team
- Optimize key SaaS metrics: MRR, CAC, LTV, churn
- Build and implement KPIs, dashboards, and operating systems
- Bring structure, clarity, and accountability across the business
- Partner on B2B product direction (0→1 and scaling phases)
