General Manager

We are looking for a seasoned General Manager to partner with leadership and steer the financial direction of a large, forward-looking manufacturing organization. This is a high-impact role where your decisions will directly influence business performance, investments, and long-term success.

What You’ll Be Driving

• Lead the organization’s financial strategy and overall financial health
• Oversee cash flow, financial planning, and performance analysis to unlock growth opportunities
• Drive investment decisions and capital allocation strategies with a sharp focus on risk and returns
• Strengthen risk management frameworks across liabilities, investments, and operations
• Optimize capital structure and fundraising initiatives
• Build and nurture strong vendor and stakeholder relationships
• Deliver insightful forecasts, reports, and strategic recommendations to leadership
• Ensure robust compliance, governance, and financial discipline
• Lead and inspire a team of financial controllers and analysts, fostering a high-performance culture

What We’re Looking For

• CA / CPA with 20–25 years of experience in large manufacturing setups
• Deep expertise in financial strategy, corporate finance, and risk management
• Strong command over data analytics, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Hands-on experience with SAP and advanced MS Office tools
• A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
• Proven leadership presence with excellent communication and influencing skills
• Highly analytical mindset with a strong grip on numbers
• Fluency in Telugu and English
• Preferred age group: 45–50 years
