General Manager - FP&A

• Preparation and review of international business plans, dashboards, budgets, business cases
• Monitor monthly, yearly performance vs budgets and forecast and partner with Business stakeholders to ensure that org goals and business goals are met
• P&L forecasting and clearly highlighting and tracking the risks and opportunities
• Working Capital management – AR/ Inventory
• Drive discussions with business heads to drive the organizations business and financial strategic objectives
• Monitor monthly OPEX and cost control processes and partner with business and functional stakeholders to strategize to keep them under control and in accordance with business requirements to maximize ROI
• Report on performance against budget, identifying overspends and variances to propose corrective actions.
• Preparation of Board and business presentations including senior leadership presentations
• Ownership of the P&L with detailed analysis of the P&L across divisions and revenue/cost line items
• Ensure that all internal financial control requirements are fully understood, implemented, and embedded across the Business vertical
• Champion the drive to reduce working capital
• Business case preparations and drive strategic insights for BD/M&A/Brand launches/Division launches

Requisite for the role:

• 8-10 years of experience in Business Finance & Management reporting
• Chartered Accountant/ MBA tier I/II
• Working proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (including advanced excel)
• ERP i.e. SAP knowledge
