About the Role
- We’re looking for a sharp, revenue-first operator to lead operations across our venues, with a strong edge in banquets, large-format events, and experience-led hospitality.
- This role is for someone who knows how to convert spaces into high-yield event destinations while maintaining premium guest experience.
What You’ll Own
1. Business & P&L Leadership
- Own end-to-end P&L across F&B, events, and banquet verticals
- Drive revenue through weddings, corporate events, private bookings, and social gatherings
- Maximize per-event yield, space utilization, and calendar efficiency
- Identify new monetization opportunities (IP events, partnerships, premium experiences)
2. Banquets & Events Excellence (Core Focus)
Lead banquet operations and event execution end-to-end
Build and manage a high-conversion events pipeline
Optimize:
Event pricing strategy
Package structuring (weddings, corporates, social events)
Upselling (F&B, décor, experiences)
Ensure flawless delivery of:
Weddings & large social events
Corporate conferences & MICE
Private parties & curated experiences
Drive repeat business and referrals in the events segment
3. Venue & Operations Excellence
- Oversee daily operations across restaurants, lounges, and event spaces
- Implement scalable SOPs for service, hygiene, and execution
- Maintain premium ambience and infrastructure standards
4. Guest Experience Obsession
- Own the end-to-end guest journey (especially event clients)
- Ensure zero-compromise execution on high-value events
- Actively manage reviews, feedback, and client relationships
5. Events Programming & Footfall Strategy
- Curate weekly/monthly event calendars
- Balance revenue-led banquets with footfall-driven experiences
- Collaborate with brands, artists, and influencers
6. Team Leadership & Culture
- Build and lead banquet sales + operations + F&B teams
- Drive training for large-event handling and service excellence
- Create a high-ownership, execution-focused culture
7. Cost, Compliance & Controls
- Control event costing, food cost, manpower, and wastage
- Ensure all licenses, safety, and statutory compliances
- Establish strong audit and operational control systems
8. Vendor & Partner Management
- Manage event vendors (décor, production, entertainment, catering support)
- Negotiate for cost efficiency + quality delivery
- Build a strong preferred vendor ecosystem
9. Scale & Expansion
- Build replicable banquet/event business models
- Support new venue launches with event-ready infrastructure
- Create playbooks for scaling high-revenue event business
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in banquets (events, catering, hospitality, or services preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
