What you’ll do Define and own the Strategic Accounts commercial strategy — identifying priority segments, setting revenue growth targets, and building a compelling multi-year account development roadmap aligned with Inchcape Singapore’s corporate direction.Build market intelligence on competitor activity, customer procurement trends, and segment dynamics to surface new account opportunities and protect existing share.Own the end-to-end tender process for strategic accounts — strategy, bid development, pricing, submission, and post-award performance management — ensuring commitments are met and relationships are strengthened after every win.Establish and govern pricing discipline across the portfolio, balancing competitiveness with margin protection, and structuring bundled propositions across vehicles, financing, trade-in, and value-added services.Lead structured account management across the strategic portfolio — owning account plans, executive relationships, escalation protocols, and proactive retention strategies for top-tier customers.Grow share from existing strategic accounts through structured account management, value-added propositions, and proactive retention strategies.Serve as the senior point of escalation for strategic customer issues; resolve commercially sensitive matters with speed and professionalism to protect long-term relationship value.Cultivate strategic OEM relationships to access fleet programmes, co-invest in account development, and align volume commitments to support strategic account propositions.Maintain full P&L accountability for the Strategic Accounts portfolio — revenue, gross margin, and EBIT — and deliver accurate monthly and quarterly reporting to senior leadership.Embed governance standards across all commercial activity: contract management, pricing approvals, tender documentation, and compliance with applicable company policies and regulations.Lead, develop, and structure a high-performing Strategic Accounts team; set clear performance expectations and coach individuals to strengthen their commercial and account management capabilities.Responsible for liaising with OEM on Production Planning and Stocks Forecasting. Active involvement in planning for product lineup for the fleet business.
About you:Bachelor's degree in a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is advantageous Minimum 12 years of progressive B2B commercial experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing strategic accounts, key accounts, or enterprise sales in automotive, fleet, or a related sector.Proven track record of growing and retaining large, complex customer relationships, with demonstrated success in winning tenders.Strong P&L ownership: delivering revenue growth, protecting margins, and managing commercial risk across a portfolio of high-value accounts.Familiarity with Singapore’s automotive and fleet ecosystem — including LTA regulations, COE and commercial vehicle dynamics, government procurement processes, and fleet buying behaviours — is a significant advantage
