Job Description
The General Manager will be the driving force behind the hotel's success, linking group strategy with local execution. You will lead, challenge, and celebrate your Heads of Department to ensure we are always at the top of our game.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Proven Leadership: Experience in managing and mentoring a team of Heads of Department to deliver against budgeted Revenue and EBITDA.
- A Sharp Eye for Quality: A track record of achieving high satisfaction scores (Review Pro) and passing internal and external audits with flying colours.
- The Ability to Connect: You are a natural at networking within the local community to maximise brand recognition.
