General Manager

The General Manager will be the driving force behind the hotel's success, linking group strategy with local execution. You will lead, challenge, and celebrate your Heads of Department to ensure we are always at the top of our game.

• The Compliance Guardian: Ensuring our hotel is a safe and legal environment, staying on top of health and safety legislation and internal audits.

Qualifications

• Proven Leadership: Experience in managing and mentoring a team of Heads of Department to deliver against budgeted Revenue and EBITDA.
• A Sharp Eye for Quality: A track record of achieving high satisfaction scores (Review Pro) and passing internal and external audits with flying colours.
