The Role:As the successful Global Head of Payroll, you will be reporting to the CFO and will be responsible for the following duties:Lead global payroll operationsManage inhouse payroll providers, acting as senior escalation point for complex issuesPartner with finance to ensure accurate journals, reconciliations & alignment with forecasting and planningDeliver payroll strategyMaintain strong controlsOther duties as outlined in the full job description. The Person:The successful Global Head of Payroll will have the following characteristics:Extensive experience in international payroll operationsBackground in both in-house and outsourced payroll delivery modelsProven people managementStrong communication skills.
