We are seeking an experienced Global Product Manager to lead the lifecycle and profitability of a semiconductor packaging materials portfolio. This role drives product strategy, development, and market introduction globally.
Key Responsibilities:Define product portfolio roadmap and positioningManage product lifecycle and profitabilityLead new product development and business case generationConduct market intelligence and pricing strategyCollaborate with R&D, sales, and marketing teams for launchesRepresent the company at industry events
Your Profile:Degree in Engineering (Chemical/Material Science preferred); MBA is a plus10–15 years’ experience, starting in engineering/R&D and moving into product managementExpertise in semiconductor packaging materials and processesStrong analytical, commercial, and communication skillsAbility to work across cultures and time zonesAble to travel overseas about 50% of the time as it is a global coverage role
