Job DescriptionJob DescriptionStickX Golf is a fast-growing golf equipment trade-in and e-commerce company headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. We’re looking for a Golf Equipment Listing Specialist to join our operations team—someone with strong golf knowledge who is also comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-driven production environment. What You’ll Do:Inspect, evaluate, and grade new and pre-owned golf clubs for resale condition and specificationsCreate accurate product listings for our e-commerce platformsEnter detailed product data including brand, model, shaft, flex, loft/lie, and condition ratings Maintain consistency and accuracy in product descriptions and condition grading Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient processing and turnaround timesWhat We’re Looking For:2+ years of experience in the golf industry (retail, club fitting, operations, or similar)Strong knowledge of golf equipment, including brands, shafts, club specs, and current marketComfortable working in a high-volume, repetitive, detail-oriented production environmentProficiency with basic computer systems and data entry tasksStrong focus on accuracy, with low error and return ratesSelf-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a teamComfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and sitting/standing for extended periodsGolf equipment knowledge is required—this is not a general administrative or entry-level data entry role.
