Are you a fresh graduate ready to jumpstart your career in PR and communications? Catalyst is our paid, 3-month fast-track program designed to turn high-potential graduates into full-time Account Executives (AEs)!
Gain hands-on experience in client servicing, media relations, content creation, and campaign execution—all while being mentored by our senior team members.

What You’ll Do:Support the team in PR strategies, social media, and content developmentAssist in client servicing, media outreach, and campaign executionConduct media monitoring and analyse campaign resultsParticipate in ideation, events, and offline activationsCreate compelling content for press releases, social media, and reports
Who We’re Looking For:Fresh graduates in PR, Communications, Marketing, or related fields (diploma, degree, or master’s)Strong written and verbal communication skillsPassion for media, content creation, and client engagement
