Graphic Designer – Gurgaon

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our Marketing department. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency. The Graphic Designer

will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that align with our brand image and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to understand design requirements and objectives.
• Develop creative concepts and design solutions for various marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website banners, and advertisements.
• Create visually engaging and compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different platforms and mediums.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our marketing materials.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative design ideas for upcoming campaigns and initiatives.

• Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
