Role Overview
We are looking for a Graphic Designer, who will work in the communications team to design reports, brochure, communication material and social media posts that enhances iFOREST’s brand and visibility. Your work will primarily involve designing knowledge content and supporting the Communications team with layout, design, and visuals for reports, campaigns and research dissemination across our key focus areas.

Required Experience: 2-15 years with excellent design skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Layout and design of research reports, brochure and knowledge content.
- Visually compelling graphics and infographics to translate our research for digital and print collaterals.
- Develop compelling social media creatives aligned with ongoing campaigns and research.
- Create data-driven visuals and infographics to communicate complex research simply and effectively.
- Provide illustration support for podcasts, video explainers and other multimedia content.
- Design branding materials for events, conferences, and workshops.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Desk Top Publishing (DTP) and graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, etc.
- Strong visual storytelling and data visualization skills.
- Ability to interpret and creatively represent complex environmental topics.
- Basic understanding of copywriting for social media (English and Hindi preferred).
- Knowledge of motion graphics or animation (optional but desirable).
- Detail-oriented with good time management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design, or related field.
- Alternatively, a recognized Diploma in Desktop Publishing or equivalent design certification.
We are hiring for two positions
- Graphic Designer (more than 10 yrs experience)
- Junior Graphic Designer ( 2-5 years of experience)
