We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-focused Group Product Manager – Unified CX & HealthTech to lead this transformation.
Role Overview
This role will own the unified customer experience architecture across all Ridhira platforms and brands, powered by AI, health intelligence, and longitudinal customer data.
The ideal candidate will combine:
- Strong HealthTech product management experience
- AI/ML product exposure
- Consumer product thinking
- Data-driven execution
- Cross-functional leadership
The role will work closely with founders, business heads, technology teams, AI teams, wellness experts, and research partners to build India's next-generation AI-led longevity and wellness ecosystem.
Core Responsibilities
1. Unified Customer Identity & Data Platform
- Build and own the unified customer identity graph across all Ridhira brands.
- Integrate spa CRM data, health assessments, retreat journeys, subscriptions, wellness interactions, and customer engagement touchpoints into a single longitudinal customer profile.
- Define scalable customer data architecture and personalization frameworks.
- Drive consent management and health-data privacy architecture aligned with DPDP compliance.
- Design digital and offline data capture journeys across wellness centers and hospitality touchpoints.
2. Ode Life – Product Ownership
- Own the roadmap and product lifecycle for Ode Life’s AI-powered longevity platform.
- Lead development of:
- AI Health Passport
- Pūrṇāyu Index
- Prakriti-based personalization
- Wellness protocol recommendation systems
- Collaborate with AI, engineering, wellness, and research teams for feature development.
- Define user journeys, onboarding funnels, subscription journeys, and engagement loops.
- Drive wearable integrations and health-data ecosystem connectivity.
3. Cross-Brand Customer Experience
- Design intelligent customer journeys across:
- Ode Spa
- Ode Life
- Ode Rx
- Ridhira Retreats
- Cultural and wellness experiences
- Build AI-driven recommendation and upsell systems.
- Create lifecycle engagement triggers and retention frameworks.
- Improve customer engagement, conversion, retention, and cross-platform monetization.
4. AI Product & Veda AI Workflows
- Translate customer journeys into AI-powered workflows and automation systems.
- Collaborate with AI and engineering teams on:
- AI agents
- LLM orchestration
- Personalization engines
- Recommendation systems
- RAG-based knowledge systems
- Define product requirements, workflows, escalation paths, and success metrics for AI-driven experiences.
- Support development of scalable B2B SaaS HealthTech modules.
5. HealthTech & Scientific Product Integration
- Work with research and wellness teams to translate health and Ayurvedic intelligence into scalable digital product experiences.
- Support integration of:
- Biomarker systems
- Prakriti assessments
- Longevity analytics
- Wellness scoring systems
- Collaborate on scientific feature translation and product implementation.
6. Product Strategy & PMO Coordination
- Drive product roadmap planning, sprint execution, OKR tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
- Partner with leadership on growth strategy, customer expansion, and product monetization.
- Work closely with technology, AI, operations, wellness, marketing, and finance teams.
- Present product updates, roadmap priorities, and business impact metrics to leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory
- 4+ years of Product Management experience in HealthTech, Digital Health, Consumer Health, WellnessTech, Healthcare SaaS, or AI Healthcare platforms.
- Experience managing consumer-facing digital products or platforms.
- Strong understanding of data-driven product management and customer lifecycle journeys.
- Exposure to AI/ML-powered product features in production environments.
- Experience working with engineering, design, analytics, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong product thinking, execution capability, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Experience with health-data systems, wearable integrations, or healthcare interoperability frameworks.
- Exposure to genomics, preventive healthcare, wellness, or longevity ecosystems.
- Familiarity with AI-driven personalization systems or recommendation engines.
- Experience with CDP/customer identity platforms and customer data architecture.
- Understanding of subscription products, retention systems, and engagement metrics.
- MBA / Engineering / Healthcare Technology / Life Sciences background preferred.
