Hardware Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Hardware Engineer with strong expertise in PCB design and development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have around 5+ years of experience in hardware design, with a focus on delivering high-quality, reliable electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hardware design and development, from concept through production
• Design and develop multi-layer PCBs, including schematic capture and layout review
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including firmware, software, and mechanical engineering
• Perform component selection, circuit simulation, and validation
• Drive design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for testability (DFT) practices
• Conduct board bring-up, debugging, and root cause analysis
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Support prototype builds, testing, and production ramp-up
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in hardware design with strong PCB expertise
• Proficiency in PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or OrCAD
• Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design
• Experience with high-speed design, signal integrity, and power integrity
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.)
• Knowledge of EMI/EMC compliance and debugging
• Experience working through full product lifecycle
