Our F45 family is expanding and looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and charismatic Head Trainer.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coach 23 hours of F45 sessions per week, ensuring members receive personalized attention, safety, and motivation.
• Recruit, develop, evaluate and train all studio coaches.
• Schedule all coaching staff and input class schedule into Mindbody for full coverage.
• Champion the 4 PILLARS of member experience: AM/PM Procedure, Green Star Welcome Process, Rebooking new guests, and Class Experience of highest standard.
• Assist the sales team in recruiting new members with a focus on trial-to-member conversion.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3-year experience as personal fitness trainer or group trainer.
• Personal Training Certification through a nationally recognized organization.
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong member relationships.
• Solid knowledge of biomechanics and exercise physiology.
• Motivated, passionate, reliable, punctual, detail-oriented.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and afternoons.

COMPENSATION

$45,000 to $50,000 annually.
