Job Description
We're looking for a strong, hands‑on leader to oversee our Customer Service Representatives and Account Managers. In this role, you'll act as the central point of communication between our customers, sales team, and production floor‑ensuring everything runs smoothly from order intake to final delivery.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and support a team of Customer Service Representatives and Account Managers
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, sales, and production
- Manage daily workflows and prioritize team tasks to meet deadlines
- Step in to resolve complex customer issues and production challenges
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and team effectiveness
- Ensure accurate, timely communication so jobs move seamlessly through production
