Working closely with leadership, marketing, and creative teams, you’ll play a key role in shaping how the brand shows up digitally across global markets. Key Responsibilities Own and deliver the global ecommerce trading strategy Lead merchandising planning, assortment strategy, and product lifecycle Optimise onsite experience, navigation, and conversion performance Use data and insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, brand, and operations Build and lead a high-performing ecommerce and merchandising team What We’re Looking For Proven experience in a senior ecommerce and merchandising role within fashion, lifestyle, or streetwear Strong commercial mindset with a deep understanding of digital trading levers Experience scaling ecommerce within a high-growth or founder-led environment A sharp eye for product, storytelling, and brand alignment Confident leadership style with the ability to influence at senior level Why This Role?
