This role partners with the executive team to elevate people strategy through data-driven frameworks, leadership development, and performance enablement.Core ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute overall HR and talent strategy supporting growth, innovation, and operational excellence.Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transitions (scaling teams, launching products, expanding markets).Architect competency models, leadership pathways, and capability frameworks.Oversee employer branding, talent pipeline development, and strategic workforce planning.Embed DEI principles into people practices and culture.Advise senior leadership on workforce trends, succession planning, and risk management.Build strong HR governance, compliance, and policy frameworks.Required Profile8+ years in HR leadership roles within growth-oriented, mission-driven organizations.Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into people strategies.Advanced skills in organizational design, performance management, and cultural development.Data fluency and ability to use people analytics to drive decisions.Success IndicatorsStrengthened leadership bench and reduced performance gaps.HR programs that measurably improve engagement, retention, and organizational capability.
