This is a strategic leadership role requiring deep expertise in gear teeth cutting, gear machining, Heat treatment, Grinding and Assembly. Process optimization, along with the ability to drive performance, quality, and scalability.Key Responsibilities:Ø Lead end-to-end production, planning & operations of Gear DivisionØ Strong experience in gear manufacturing & teeth cutting processesØ Hands-on exposure to hobbing, shaping, grinding operationsØ Production planning & process optimization expertiseØ Exposure to CNC gear cutting machines is a must.Ø Drive productivity improvement, cost optimization & capacity utilization Ensure compliance with ISO / IATF quality standards Ø Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM & continuous improvement initiatives.Ø Build and lead a high-performance production team Ø Ensure machine uptime, efficiency & process reliability Candidate- BE/ Diploma with 20 + years of experience in Gear operation of Modern Gear Manufacturing plants.Good experience of using various cutting tools, operational excellence Strong leadership quality.Revert Urgently on-
