Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a well-known membership organisation, to recruit for a Head of Operations on a permanent basis. This is a unique, all-encompassing role which is centred around supporting the CEO sand wider running of the business. The organisation partners with a multitude of other businesses to promote knowledge sharing, support client growth and facilitate wider business strategy.
The role of Head of Operations oversees the day to day running of the business, supporting clients and the CEO.
Act as the first point of contact for the organisationOversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the businessSupport the CEO and Board with administrative and financial dutiesMaximise operational efficiency across the organisationOrganise and manage all eventsManage accounting processes, banking, money handling, and financial monitoringPrepare monthly financial overviews for Officers and quarterly reports for the BoardDevelop and improve internal processes and proceduresEnsure compliance with Northern Ireland laws and regulatory requirementsManage relationships with internal and external stakeholdersLead marketing initiatives to maximise business performance and event profitabilityAttend meetings as requiredOversee preparation of the Quarterly MagazineArrange Board meetings, prepare Board and AGM papers, and take accurate minutesFollow up on Board action pointsMaintain and improve the organisation's website and databasesManage the CEO's diary, meetings, and documentation
The right person for this role will be a competent management/operations professional with a passion for organisation, commercial growth and building strong working relationships. You will have experience of supporting to board level.
The package for this role contains a competitive salary of £38,000 - £40,000. Full details can be discussed with Honeycomb.
