A client of Spectrum Search has a need:
Description for Head of Operations
Head of Operations/Senior Manager, someone with financial and real estate background
- Handle various insurance related issues
- Oversee Staff Accountant and office staff
- Firm knowledge of properties and entities
- Review bank reconciliations monthly, CAM annually, payroll bimonthly
- Work in coordination with Staff Accountant to timely release ACHs incl. payroll
- Maintain General Ledgers
- Review tax work papers before delivering to tax accountants
- Review tax returns
- Calls with lawyers, tax accountants, bank reps, property broker
- Report to owner
- Assume additional duties as required
