We Are Seeking: Head of ProductA senior product leader to own product vision, strategy, and execution for a multi‑feature trading platform. You will guide product teams, scale product processes, and work cross‑functionally to deliver seamless, scalable, and compliant trading experiences. Candidates should already be based in Singapore.

Key ResponsibilitiesDefine product vision and roadmap for the trading platformLead and grow a high‑performing team of Product ManagersDrive product discovery, prioritization, and data‑driven decision makingPartner with Engineering, Design, Ops, and Compliance to launch core trading featuresOversee full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and platform scalingEnsure platform reliability, usability, and strong user experience across markets

Requirements8–12+ years in Product Management, with 3–5+ years in leadership rolesStrong experience building digital trading platforms (e.g., retail trading apps, CFD/FX platforms, crypto trading platforms, brokerage‑tech, execution platforms)Proven track record launching and scaling trading or investing products from 0 to 1Strong analytical, strategic, and user‑centric product thinkingAble to operate in high‑growth, fast‑moving tech environmentsExperience in Singapore or Southeast Asia markets preferredFintech/trading‑tech background preferred
