Leadership Hiring Head - Plant Operations (FMCG) Delhi NCR

This role is intended for a proven, hands on manufacturing leader with deep experience in managing multi plant operations at scale.This is not a single plant role. Multi plant leadership experience is a mandatory requirement.

Role OverviewThe Head - Plant Operations will own and integrate end to end plant and operational functions, working closely with the leadership team to drive efficiency, compliance, and scale.

Candidate Profile (Must-Haves)20+ years of experience managing end to end operations in the Food & Beverage / FMCG industryProven experience managing multiple manufacturing plants simultaneouslyStrong exposure to large-scale production, quality, supply chain, and logistics & dispatch operationsExpertise in setting up SOPs, processes, workflows, governance frameworks, and standardized processesDemonstrated capability in leading large cross functional teams and managing external vendors & service partnersSound practical knowledge of FSSAI, FSSC, SEDEX, and relevant government regulationsSix Sigma certified (minimum Green Belt)Track record of a stable and progressive career with long tenures and increasing responsibility
