Health and Safety Program Manager

Lead health and safety initiatives as a proactive manager. Drive compliance and develop programs for a high-performing safety culture across multiple sites in Ontario. In this full-time role, you will spearhead the implementation and continuous improvement of health and safety strategies.

Collaborating closely with site leaders, you’ll ensure regulatory compliance while fostering a safe environment for employees and partners. Your expertise will be vital in guiding a dedicated team of Health and Safety Specialists, all aimed at achieving stringent safety objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and enhance health and safety programs • Provide mentorship to site teams for safe operations • Monitor performance via KPIs and action plans • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance • Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses Requirements: • Minimum 5 years in industrial health and safety • Degree or designation in a related field • Strong knowledge of WSIB, OHSA, MOL regulations • Excellent communication and mentoring skills • Available for travel across Ontario facilities Utilize your leadership in health and safety to ensure a proactive, compliant culture that prioritizes employee wellness and operational excellence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
