Health and Safety Specialist Focused on Construction Excellence

Drive health and safety standards as a skilled Health and Safety Specialist. Oversee evaluations, enforce compliance, and nurture safety training across multiple construction sites. You will be responsible for managing Health and Safety policies within the construction industry.

This role requires close engagement with site teams to conduct thorough safety evaluations and identify potential hazards. You will assist in implementing safety programs and enhancing communication around injury management and claims processing. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct evaluations of project sites for safety compliance • Oversee adherence to safety standards by sub-contractors • Identify and mitigate risks throughout project life cycles • Perform incident investigations as per safety protocols • Facilitate new worker safety orientations and training Requirements: • 1-3 years’ safety experience in construction roles • Formal training in Environmental/Occupational Health and Safety • Strong knowledge of accident investigation procedures • Familiarity with the COR process is a plus • Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite Become part of a culture that prioritizes safety, learning, and success in every project undertaken. #J-18808-Ljbffr
