About Position:
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Data Analyst with strong expertise in US healthcare data (claims, eligibility, provider, utilization) and advanced analytical capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, supporting reporting and analytics initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

What You'll Do:
- Healthcare Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze large-scale US healthcare datasets including claims, eligibility, provider, utilization, and quality data.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data from relational databases.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and transformation to ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Support business and regulatory reporting requirements with high data quality standards.
- Healthcare Data Modeling & Integration
- Work with Snowflake, MySQL, and modern data warehouses to build and support data models, marts, and analytics layers.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams for data ingestion and integration from source systems (claims, eligibility, provider systems).
- Support analytics initiatives aligned to value-based care, population health, quality improvement, and operational efficiency.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Statistics, Healthcare Analytics, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in US Healthcare Analytics, including:
- Claims
- Eligibility
- Benefits data
- Strong hands-on expertise in SQL (querying, optimization, data analysis).
- Experience with Snowflake, MySQL, and data warehousing concepts.
- Strong experience in data validation, reconciliation, and quality frameworks.
- Experience in creating process documentation and data flow diagrams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
