As a Healthcare Management Recruiter, you will partner with hospital and surgery center leaders to understand their openings and recruit top nurse and ancillary leaders. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from outreach and screening to coordinating interviews and offers, while providing a high-touch, consultative experience to both clients and candidates.

You will build and nurture relationships with hospital and surgery center leaders to understand hiring needs and timelines. You will source, engage, and qualify nurse leaders and ancillary leadership candidates through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback, and offers through acceptance. You will leverage ATS/CRM tools to maintain accurate pipelines, notes, and reporting on activity and results, while providing market insights, compensation guidance, and competitive intelligence to clients and candidates. You will meet and exceed activity and placement goals while delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience, and collaborate with teammates to share best practices and support company growth initiatives.

You have experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or sales, with healthcare recruitment strongly preferred. You communicate exceptionally well and take a consultative, relationship-first approach. You are comfortable with outbound outreach, high-volume calling, and calendar coordination, and you bring strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail in a metrics-driven environment. You are familiar with ATS/CRM platforms and LinkedIn sourcing and are proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
