Position Details:

• Home Base: Van Alstyne, TX

• Pay Range: $1,750 – $3,500 per week (including travel bonus, commensurate with experience)

• Housing Provided while on deployment

• Travel Bonus Pay available for extended assignments - Year-round employment with opportunities for travel during storm season

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, maintain, and repair heavy equipment (e.g., loaders, excavators, trucks, grinders, generators)

• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on-site and in the shop

• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime during operations

• Ensure safety and compliance standards are met at all times

• Support crews in the field during storm response and disaster recovery operations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic

• Class A CDL preferred

• Ability and willingness to travel extensively on short notice

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork
