Roles and Responsibilities

Supervise various types of audit Process/Product/Thematic/Department/Management audit) assigned from time to time within the TAT.

Monitoring investigation (offsite/onsite) relating to frauds, complaints of serious nature.

Providing feedback to the stakeholders for plugging the control and process gaps.

Ability to convey the shortcomings of serious and sensitive nature to the appropriate level of Management in a professional manner in the form of error free report within the prescribed time.

To follow up with auditee units for getting rectifications, conformities and any other actionable in a time bound manner.

To maintain cordial interpersonal relationships with cross-functional departments and effectively communicate with them in a timely structured manner for enhancing effectiveness and efficiency of the overall functioning.

1. Oversee the three audit Continuous Auditing/Data Analytics Audit Vertical

2. Handson experience in overall management of areas specifically HO and process audit

3. Support Head of Internal Audit for board deck preparation with respect to this vertical

4. Demonstrate extra ordinary observations in the area responsible

5. Ensure no regulatory breach with respect to audit delivery in the area responsible

6. Ensure preparation of plan and delivery as agreed in time with quality

7. Measure performance of people, develop tools to measure productivity
