Investor Presentation:Refine and strengthen the Investment Memorandum, showcasing execution track record and zero-default history. Investment Narrative:Position the company's strong repayment track record and asset-value potential effectively to investors.

Capital Optimization:Design strategies for refinancing existing credit into efficient long-term structured instruments.
