Home Health Branch Manager oversees operations of home health agency in Pooler, GA ensuring highest standards of patient care and compliance with Medicare regulations.

In this role, you provide leadership, guidance, and support to clinical and non-clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Requires a visionary leader with strong clinical expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for home health care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical operations of field staff and report directly to Agency Administrator.
• Be organized, detail‑oriented, and possess effective communication skills both orally and in writing.
• Understand the issues related to the delivery of home health care services and be able to problem‑solve.
• Review plans of care daily; knowledge of OASIS and Medicare guidelines is helpful.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia is required.
• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
• Minimum of one‑year nursing experience within the last 36 months.
• Medicare home health experience is strongly preferred.
• Previous management/supervisory experience preferred.
