Job DescriptionPosition: Horticulture ManagerEmployment Type: Full-timeUrgent HiringExperience:3-7 years of relevant experience in horticulture or nursery managementQualification:Bachelor's/Master's degree with specialization in Horticulture ManagementCandidates with nursery expertise will be preferredKey Roles and Responsibilities:Oversee the development, maintenance, and beautification of gardens, lawns, landscapes, and all green areas within the campusPlan and implement horticultural work schedules, including seasonal plantation, garden layouts, and landscaping activitiesSupervise horticulture staff, assign daily tasks, monitor work quality, and ensure discipline among the workforceManage plant care activities such as sowing, pruning, trimming, watering, weeding, and pest/disease controlEnsure proper upkeep of trees, shrubs, flowering plants, indoor/outdoor plants, and nursery stock to maintain plant health and aestheticsMaintain inventory and ensure timely procurement of seeds, saplings, fertilizers, pesticides, tools, and other materialsCoordinate with management and event teams for landscaping projects, plant arrangements, and special horticulture requirementsPrepare weekly/monthly reports and ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards in all horticulture operationsHow to Apply:Interested candidates can share their CV at
