We are looking for a Hostess/ Senior Hostess who is responsible for welcoming guests, managing first impressions, and ensuring a positive guest experience from the initial point of contact of the SUSHISAMBA experience.

Principal AccountabilitiesGreets guests, escorts them to tables, and provides menusManage waiting list as per brand guidelinesOffer appropriate seating arrangementsReceive and record customers dining reservationsEnsure all orders are filled in a timely and accurate mannerMaintain clean and organized tables and work areaObserve proper grooming and personal hygiene at all timesAssist service crews when neededManage event related work including setting up tables of the restaurantEnsure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards to exceed the customer's expectationsHandles guest problems and complaintsAttend all regular departmental briefings and contribute to an open communication within the assigned teamPerforms other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceAt least 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the hospitality, F&B industry is preferred, but not limited to this requirement.Good communications and interpersonal skillsExperience in SevenRooms Reservation System is an added advantage.Cooperative and self-giving team playerAbility and willingness to perform under stressA willingness to go the extra mile in ensuring guests' needs are metA huge passion for customer service and hospitality
