We are looking for a full-time House Manager/Executive Assistant to oversee multiple properties and provide high-level personal assistance to our client in Beverly Hills.
As a House Manager/Executive Assistant, you will ensure the smooth running of five properties while handling essential administrative and personal support tasks. You will work Monday to Friday, typically from 8 am to 4 pm, though flexibility is key.
This role requires someone reliable and adaptable, with strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and servicing of all properties, liaising with contractors, landscapers, and service providers.
- Manage household bills and ensure payments are processed on time.
- Arrange travel, book hotels, and coordinate itineraries.
- Assist with day-to-day needs, such as ordering food and running errands.
- Keep track of household supplies and ensure everything is well-stocked.

- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Dependable, trustworthy, and discreet.
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with service providers.
- Previous experience in personal assistance or house management preferred.
