Sevida Labs Pvt Ltd is an IT/AI services company working with global clients. We are building a strong operational foundation and are looking for a proactive HR & Admin Executive to support our growing team.
Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented professional who can independently manage HR operations, office administration, and day-to-day accounting support. This role requires hands-on execution, ownership, and the ability to coordinate across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities
Hiring & HR Operations
- Conduct initial candidate screenings
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Support offer discussions and candidate communication
- Manage onboarding processes and employee documentation
- Assisting in campus hiring
Administration
- Manage company assets (laptops, equipment, etc.)
- Coordinate with service centers for hardware issues
- Assist in office space search and setup (rental/ownership)
- Handle bank visits and basic compliance-related errands (e.g., GST office visits)
Accounting & Finance Support
- Record and track day-to-day expenses in accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books)
- Maintain and organize vendor bills, invoices, and receipts
- Assist in raising invoices to clients and tracking collections
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow regularly
- Track vendor payments and assist in payment scheduling
- Support monthly financial reporting (expense summaries, basic MIS)
- Coordinate with external CA for GST filings, TDS, and compliance
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory requirements
- Assist in payroll coordination and verify salary payouts
- Handle basic GST/TDS data tracking and follow-ups
Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, Admin, and basic accounting roles.
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Zoho People or similar).
- Working knowledge of accounting tools (Zoho Books, Tally, or similar).
- Basic understanding of Indian compliance (GST, TDS, payroll, labor laws).
- Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or related field

- Comfortable handling confidential financial and employee data
- Able to manage both people-related and operational responsibilities
- Should reside in Hyderabad, Telangana.
- Should be able to travel locally for administrative errands as needed.
