Are you someone who is organised, people-oriented, and excited to build a meaningful career in HR and Administration? We are looking for a proactive and personable HR & Admin Executive to join a boutique consultancy firm.
This is a wonderful opportunity for fresh graduates or diploma holders who are eager to learn and grow across HR, office administration, and business operations.
What You Will Be DoingCoordinate end-to-end recruitment from posting roles, screening candidates, and arranging interviews.Support on/off-boarding processes and maintain employee records.Plan and organise team-building events and cohesion activities.Assist with admin tasks like calendar management, basic accounts, and office upkeep.Liaise with external vendors and partners.Support senior stakeholders with day-to-day operations and special projects.
The Ideal CandidateA graduate (diploma or degree) with strong communication and coordination skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.Strong command of English both written and spoken.
