A successful SM/AD - HRBP should have:
A strong educational background in Human Resources or a related field.Proven expertise in HR functions within the Technology & Telecoms industry.Excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Demonstrated ability to work with senior management teams.Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and data.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
