Job Description
Job Purpose:
The role is responsible to ensure smooth execution of HR processes & systems within the defined process & TAT resulting in delighted engaged and productive employees across the assigned region. Also, responsible to meet manpower requirement and provide all HR administrative support to new joiners as well as existing employees at the regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive internal hiring through (IJPs) internal job postingsEngage with employees to ensure retention & productivityProactively manage attrition by analyzing trends and implementing targeted retention and engagement initiativesCreate and maintain the organizational organogram and manpower plan for different business-critical departmentsLead the department's participation in the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification, implementing specific strategies to improve Trust Index scoresResolve all employee queries and HR operational issues accurately and within stipulated timelinesClose coordination with training & development team to identify specific skill gaps in individual employees and look at appropriate training interventions to remove those gapsDesign and execute employee engagement plan for various functions depending upon their unique engagement needsPublish periodic reports on management and ensure healthy and competitive work environmentDrive performance management of employees by promoting high performance culture
Job Requirements:
Post Graduate / MBA6-8 years of experience in HRBP role preferably from Banking / NBFCAbility to motivate, influence and persuade at all levels of the organizationAbility to develop strong, respectful relationships, to inspire confidence and to build trustAble to network effectively and build constructive working relationships across the companyExcellent organizational planning and execution skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationGood people management skills
