Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will lead and oversee various HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. The role will also involve implementing HR policies, driving organizational engagement, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and contributing to strategic decision-making.

The HR Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive work culture that supports employee well-being and development.

Experience in Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, and Employee OnboardingStrong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Employee Engagement InitiativesKnowledge of Performance Management Systems, HR Policies, and Compliance StandardsProficiency in Training and Development, Leadership Development, and Organizational Growth StrategiesAbility to manage HR operations effectively, including payroll, benefits, and records managementExcellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred but not required)Proficiency in HR technology and tools, with familiarity in labor laws and best practicesProven track record of managing and scaling HR practices in a corporate environment
