Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end HR functions and support organizational growth. The role involves managing recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, compliance, and building a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
• Maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and ensure legal compliance
• Support employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration
• Track and analyze HR metrics such as attrition, hiring timelines, and training effectiveness
• Maintain accurate employee records, payroll data, and documentation
• Design and implement employee training and development programs
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment

Employment Details:

• Full-Time | 6 Days per Week | Onsite
• Salary: 25k-30k
