We’re looking for an HR Psychologist who understands both people and performance. This role blends core HR responsibilities with applied psychology to build a stronger, more engaged workplace.
Role Overview:
As an HR Psychologist, you’ll work closely with leadership and teams to support hiring, retention, and employee development. You’ll use behavioral insights to improve workplace culture, reduce attrition, and help employees grow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end hiring for interns and full-time staff
- Design and implement short-term and long-term HR strategies
- Analyze employee behavior, engagement, and performance trends
- Develop initiatives to reduce attrition and improve retention
- Conduct training programs focused on skills, mindset, and team dynamics
- Support onboarding and ensure smooth employee integration
- Work with managers to identify talent gaps and growth opportunities
- Create a positive, psychologically safe work environment
Requirements:
- Master‘s in I/O Psychology, HR, or a related field
- Strong understanding of human behavior in workplace settings
- Experience in recruitment, training, and employee engagement
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance data-driven decisions with empathy
