Hr/admin Generalist

What would your core job responsibility be?

• Manage end-to-end recruitment to find candidates who align with our culture and check all our criteria.
• Oversee daily office operations and administrative tasks at our Bandra West office.
• Maintain employee records and assist in creating performance reports.
• Brainstorm and execute team-bonding activities and culture-building initiatives.
• Act as the first point of contact for internal queries and handle them with empathy and professionalism.
• Work closely with the management team to align HR strategies with company growth and trends.
• Measure and analyse team performance to identify areas for improvement and key successes.
• Be a part of the company's social media content
• Take other ad-hoc work requirements as needed
