Highlight:We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Specialist to join our growing team in Singapore.This role will focus on recruiting Sales talent across Southeast Asia and providing HR support to our Sales teams in multiple countries.Location: Tai Seng, Singapore (on-site). We Offer:Competitive CompensationPositive Company CultureRespectful and Vibrant Working Environment What You'll Do:Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for Sales roles across Southeast Asia, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Act as the primary HR contact for the Singapore and Regional Sales teams, providing guidance on performance management, employee relations, and career development.Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-maintained and productive work environment for our Singapore team.Collaborate with regional teams and China HQ to align HR policies, practices, and recruitment strategies.Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed to contribute to the overall success of the whole team.
About You:Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment or HR activities.Diploma’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience in Sales recruitment or familiarity with Southeast Asia markets is highly preferred.Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with regional teams and China headquarters.Solid understanding of HR practices, including performance management and employee engagement, particularly in the Southeast Asia market.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
