Job summary: This role will be a key member of the HR Information Systems and Shared Service team. Reporting to the HRIS Manager, you will work with a high-energy, hard-working and enthusiastic team with the key focus on the roll-out and support of our Global Payroll system and its integration with our Global HCM system (SAP SuccessFactors) to all our entities worldwide. With excellent Successfactors HCM system, process and HR data knowledge, you will play a key functional HRIS analyst role in representing HRIS team and ensuring the success of the Global Payroll project.
Responsibilities:Manage Global Payroll functional testing, integration testing and data gap analysis for all our overseas entities and identify the enhancements required in Successfactors HCM to meet the payroll data requirementsCollaborate with local and overseas HR teams, internal IT and external AMS/Global Payroll vendor to implement new data fields in SuccessFactors to meet country requirements and UAT testing and resolve issues Prepare and maintain SIT/UAT test scripts and test data to ensure comprehensive testing coverageConduct user briefings and training sessions, and coordinate the execution of payroll test scripts with HR teams and relevant stakeholdersCollaborate with the Global Payroll vendor to conduct change management sessions with HR teams in support of the Global Payroll rollout.Manage pay components consolidation and reconciliation with entities in Global Payroll scopeConsolidate functional change request, secure necessary approval and manage functional roll out requests Support HR Systems project activities, monitor progress and timeline adjustments with Global Payroll vendorPerform data validation in SuccessFactors to identify data gap or discrepancies, prepare upload template and work with HR team to on data cleansing and correctionsEnsure data standardisation and perform data cleansing via mass uploads to SuccessFactors are well executed and reportedEnsure the successful integration of Successfactors HCM master employee data to Global Payroll and downstream systems for error-free payroll runsMonitor and follow-up on system tickets and issues to ensure timely resolution and closure Qualifications:Degree/Diploma in HR, Business or related discipline with at least 5 years relevant experience with HR operations work in a HR Shared Service setup, supporting SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions and HR AnalyticsFunctional experience with Successfactors HCM (Employee Central) functionalities and data is a mustExperience with supporting SAP SuccessFactors HCM integration with payroll systemsExperience with managing change initiatives, including communication, conducting user training (HCM system) and supportExperience with creating reports in Successfactors HCM, and using tools like MS Excel for data reconciliations, and Power BI or Tableau for data visualisationGood appreciation of how to manage HR-related projects, including timelines, and resources
