Position OverviewThe HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the organization’s human resources functions, ensuring compliance, and promoting a positive employee experience. This position requires a proactive professional who can manage multiple HR responsibilities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and benefits administration.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, benefits, and payroll coordination
Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires
Assist with performance management processes and employee development initiatives
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Serve as a resource for employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues promptly
Maintain HR systems and generate reports as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a similar industry
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
