The Role
Based at our Malaga office, this role is an integral part of our HR team, with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, and supporting leaders and employees across the Group. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our growing travel and tourism operations.
This is a fast‑paced and varied position, offering exposure to a broad range of HR projects across the business. We are ideally seeking candidates at the early stages of their HR career who are eager to learn, grow, and develop their skills within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and update employment contracts
- Support recruitment processes, including advertising, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Facilitate onboarding and induction processes
- Partner with department managers to understand and support workforce requirements
- Assist in developing training materials and employment documentation
- Review and maintain HR documents, including contracts, policies, job descriptions, and manuals
- Contribute engaging internal communications and company‑wide updates
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture across departments
- Maintain accurate HR records, data, and filing systems
- Support investigations and disciplinary processes where required
- Perform general administrative and ad‑hoc HR duties
Skills & Qualifications
- Positive and pro‑active mentality
- Strong organisational attention to detail and administrative skills
- Recent tertiary qualified in Human Resources
- Ability to multi‑task with ease and prioritise tasks effectively
- Professional and patient demeanour
- Understanding of travel, transport or logistics highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role preferable
