Job Description
I’m currently partnering with a large, well-established organisation to appoint a HR Business Partner into their growing People team.
This is a newly created role driven by continued growth — offering a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step into a true partnering role with strong exposure across both operational and strategic HR.
The Opportunity
You’ll join a busy, collaborative HR function supporting a large and diverse workforce, partnering closely with leaders across the business.
This role offers a strong blend of:
- Employee Relations — from day-to-day support through to more complex cases
- Stakeholder partnering across multiple business areas
- Driving HR initiatives across performance, engagement and people processes
You’ll work closely with an experienced HR leadership team, gaining exposure to complex people challenges, organisational change and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted partner to managers, providing end-to-end HR support
- Manage and advise on employee relations cases, including investigations and resolution
- Coach and support leaders on best practice, policy and employment law
- Support delivery of performance, absence and engagement initiatives
- Contribute to HR data, reporting and insights to support decision‑making
- Support and contribute to wider HR projects and organisational initiatives
About You
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a HR Generalist / HRBP capacity
- Strong employee relations experience with a solid grounding in Irish employment law
- Experience operating in a fast‑paced, complex environment
- Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence and build credibility quickly
- Proactive, solutions‑focused and comfortable working in ambiguity
