Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to lead the Sales HRBP function for a designated region/division. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong execution capability, and the ability to partner closely with business leaders to drive impactful outcomes. Key Responsibilities:Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders to drive performance and growthLead and manage organisational change initiatives within the sales functionEnsure end-to-end recruitment for Sales Managers, Sales Officers, and frontline teams (including third-party payroll)Drive training and development initiatives to enhance leadership capability and sales effectivenessDesign and implement employee engagement interventionsManage and drive the performance management process for key stakeholders Must Have:Proficiency in managing and operating Darwinbox (end-to-end)2+ years of experience as an HR Business PartnerHands-on experience in managing employee benefits and HR operations What We're Looking For:Experience working with high-performance, target-driven teamsStrong execution focus with the ability to drive on-ground actionExpertise in workforce planning and people managementAbility to ensure optimal manpower availability and utilisation Location: Mumbai Experience: 2-5 yearsIf you're passionate about partnering with business teams and driving HR impact in a fast-paced sales environment, we'd love to hear from you.
